Hi Everyone hope your doing well I am back at school and I have been waiting for this. School isn't the same but I am still happy to see my friends I won't go to school everyday just Monday and Tuesday which is called Part time. My Friend Bhargavi goes to school the whole week and has to wear a mask as well, Tulsi my other friend goes Part Time on Monday and Friday, we all can see each other on Monday, Jasmine is not going to school at all so that's kind of sad. In lockdown we have been having meets and so we can catch up. If I went to school every week I will not survive with the mask. The thing I would like to change but not Covid is that we can spent the most time outside because you are allowed to take off your mask outside.
Today I have done my Sourcing Information work I was on a meet with Tulsi while I was doing it she help me and we worked together and we used the same links and websites and it was very fun talking to her.
Today I have made a book and a chapter one and a chapter one will take a while so I really want to show you it even though its no finished I will not tell you what it is about you can have a read as well.

Hospitals are the best they are great when you get hurt, sick, allergic reaction, broken bone, and lots more I would go there but I wouldn't be nice to go there because it would be hard for the workers, the workers work very hard, and it is boring there but if you have to go there do it.
Hospitals are for big emergency's doctors are the same but hospitals are higher.
Hi Have been working on an Arcade, it is made out of cardboard. I think it's really cool. I made it with my sister, she help me.
We called it The Cardboard Arcade.
When ever you win a game, you go to the prizes and spin a wheel, Which will pick a prize for you. You need one ticket to play a game.
The first one that I made was a bowling alley. How I made it: I got cardboard that was flat and made some cardboard ramps so the ball wouldn't fall out. I put a box at the end so when the ball goes in the box it makes it go back to the start. It's hard to explain, the skittles are made out of plastic toy bottles that are small. Here is a photo.
The next game that I made is air hockey. We got a table and cut out some carboard walls and stick it to the table and I made the air hockey sticks out of carboard and toiled paper rolls. We used a bottle cap for the ball.
Pop the balloon game wasn't made out of cardboard but it used balloons and darts. How we made it is that we got a board and balloons that we blew up. We didn't have normal balloons so we used water balloons. We had to be carful when we blew them up. We didn't have darts as well but we made some water sticks and taped sharp pins to the end. So when you try and throw it to the balloons and if you hit one it pops and you get a prize. You have three shots.
This one is a claw machine it took a long time to make. But we are very proud of it, it works very well. We made it with string, cardboard and magnets. We get a cardboard box and make a platform inside for the toys, we also cut a hole in the corner so when win a the teddies/toys you can drop it into the compartment to get. We used string around the picker/claw and put magnets on it and the teddies. The Claw has the strongest magnet so it can pick the teddies.
This one is a Ring Toss the rings are also swimming toys. To make it we got a box and stick toilet paper rolls for the targets. You then throw the rings and then try get them over the toilet paper rolls.
This one is Hammer The Turtle. This one was easy to create. We have a toy turtle and there is shapes on it that you push. We made the hammer out of cups and a toy sword. We cello taped the cups together with the sword in-between. We added a timer too. To play: You start the timer, pick up the hammer and try to hit all the shapes under two seconds. If you get it under 2 seconds you get a prize.
This is a Fishing Game. We got ping pong balls and but magnets on them. Wrote on the ping pong balls, "win" and "lose". If you you get one that says "win" you get a prize. I made the fishing rod out of a bamboo stick, string with a magnet at the end. The Spinning Reel is made out of wire, cardboard and a coat hanger hock.

I did some science experiments on zoom with some of my Owairaka friends. One was about Endothermic Reaction, It was very messy! We painted a beautiful picture with the made up bubbly colorful solution.
We also did one with cabbage water, baking soda and vinegar. The cabbage water changed colour depending on if it was an acid (vinegar) or base (baking Soda).
